I hope you?ve all had a lovely week and look forward to an even better weekend! I?ve begun a new weight training routine which involves lifting heavy ass weights and doing no cardio. It feels very unnatural and my body hurts all the time now, but it?s a good burn. Also, it?s my birthday tomorrow! I?ll be turning 24 ? weird how time flies ha?

I tried it yesterday ? it?s very orange and there is a bit of carrot, but it?s just sweet enough and very refreshing. You will need a juicer to make it, though, but it is delicious as well as being great for eye and digestive health!
