Our life has become hectic and hurried. Always on the go. Eating while driving, on the phone while grocery shopping, listening to the news while typing a report. We finish one day and it rolls into the next. We know the importance of giving our bodies a break, but how often do we actually give in to total relaxation?
During her consultation, a recent client reported that she has been so tense for so long she doesn?t know what it feels like to relax. She doubted she could even do so. She did not realize that being tense all the time became a habit for her. She came to me as a last resort. Her doctor wanted to prescribe her muscle relaxers if she could not find another way .
